Rev. Dr. Lawrence Willis is a graduate of The College of Wooster, The Ohio State University, The Interdenominational Theological Center, Johnson C. Smith Seminary, Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary and has taken advanced courses in theological formation from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Rev. Willis is a Critical Incident Stress Management Facilitator certified by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Currently he serves on the Synod Assembly of the Synod of the Mid-Atlantic, Chairman of the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia Nominations Committee of the Presbyterian Church (USA), Board Chairman of the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center, former Chairman of the Office of Human Affairs and former member of Johnson C. Smith Seminary Board of Trustees.

Dr. Larry S. Brayboy teaches at all levels of PBCTS theological study degree programs, and is the co-founder and director of the Ministry Certificate Program. Building on the success with writing his book "The Black Church in America: Preparing for a New Century," Dr. Brayboy is a mainstay at PBCTS, having exceptional administrative experience as staff having oversight of the alumni and students relations at PBCTS. Academic degrees include an M.Div. in 1998, and his D. Min. in 2000 at Providence Bible College & Theological Seminary. Preparatory work included studies at Old Dominion University, University of Maryland, and Tidewater Community College. Currently, Dr. Brayboy pastors Search Point Bible Fellowship in Newport News, Virginia, where he also leads a hands on and Fb ministry of leadership mentoring. Dr. Brayboy also served as president of Kingdom Bible Institute from 2003-2013.

Rev. Meagen Downing is a graduate of Yale Divinity School where she earned a Master of Divinity Degree (2017). She is also a graduate of Hampton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in leadership studies. Ms. Meagan is one of PBCTS faculty jewels, teaching Public Speaking, Writing and Theological/Biblical classes. Reverend Downing is currently undergoing hospital chaplaincy training.
Rev. Dr. Reginald C. Woodhouse was called into the Gospel Ministry December 1990 and ordained in July 1992. He graduated from Norfolk State University, receiving his Teaching Endorsement Certification, whereupon he taught in the Newport News Public School System at Briarfield Elementary School for several years. Realizing a need to better prepare himself for the “calling” upon his life in the ministry, he pursued and received a Master of Theology Degree from Roanoke Theological Seminary in Elizabeth City, NC. Reverend Woodhouse earned his second Master's Degree, a Master of Divinity Degree from Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. On June 1, 2008, Pastor Woodhouse received his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Providence Theological Seminary in Norfolk, VA. Some of the rich background of Dr. Woodhouse's experience covers years of providing theological education in various seminaries, serving as hospital chaplaincy, short terms missions trips leader to Africa, School board member, and long time pastor of First Baptist Church, Jefferson Park in Newport News.

Dr. Ramon Carrillo-Moran, Ph.D.
Dr. Moran is a published scholar and provides instruction in biblical and theological disciplines. His education includes an MA in Theological Studies (2009) from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, an M.Ed. from Regent University (1997), and Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership/Education at Regent U. A former missionary to Venezuela from 1985-90, Dr. Moran has experience as a leadership/ministry speaker in conferences and seminars in DC, New York, PA, and other states. Past experience includes Education advisor at Langley AFB Education Ctr, general education program coordinator at Centura College (corporate), Specialized trainer at CBN corporate call center, K-12 supervisor & teacher, Assoc. Pastor, and ordained Elder (PC USA). As a dissertation chair at University of Phoenix he has assisted numerous doctoral students graduate with their doctorates and since 2010 he serves as SME & online faculty at Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity (20+ years in higher education administration & instruction).

Dr. Charlie Stover graduated from The University of North Carolina with a degree in Journalism and worked for newspapers for 14 years as a reporter, writer, and editor. He earned a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Providence Bible College & Theological Seminary and has served as a professor at PBCTS for 13 years. His international work has included coordinating international students and Dr. Stover occasionally leads voyages and pilgrimages to the Holy Land and to sites in Egypt, Greece, and Turkey. He is listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who. Dr. Stover is pastor of Lighthouse Community Church, Norfolk, Virginia.
