Steps For Class Registration:


  1. Once you are admitted as a student. Please review our course offerings for the term you will enroll as a student. You can view the list of course offerings here. 
  2. Complete the registration form (click here to download it), and indicate your course selections. The completed form must be submitted online. 
  3. After we receive your registration form you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our office. Next, visit the Transactions Online Center, and click on the appropriate enrollment degree level and make your class selections, paying the course tuition and any possible fees. The Technology Access Fee of $100 is due during each quarter term of study.
  4. If you are a new student enrolling in your first class, there is a one-time $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. 
  5. After making your payments, while still in the Transactions Center, you can inform us of the transaction by clicking on the Contact Us page link.  In the form boxes, please enter your contact information along with listing the courses registered for in the "Message" box. Finally, click on the Submit button to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating you are clear for beginning all classes.
    *Online students will be provided with the syllabi for all registered classes, which will include instructions for accessing all classes and for ordering the required class materials. ​

Steps for applying to Admission:

  1. If you first need to learn a little more about our program before enrolling, please contact our admissions office at (757) 625-7996, and we will be glad to speak with you to answer any of your questions or concerns.
  2. Apply for admission by completing our online Application for Admission, and submit. Click here to download our application.
  3. Make a request for a transcript of your previous studies from any Bible College or University you attended in the past. It can be e-mailed or mailed to us. 
  4. Submit an Application Fee of $50, either mailed to our office with your admission application or submit the payment online (with PayPal or regular credit card). All payments can be made at our Online Transaction Center. 
  5. Once we have received all the documents and have reviewed your information, we will notify you via e-mail along with a phone call of your acceptance to our program. The entire process takes around 3 days to complete.
