Rev. Dr. Reginald Woodhouse,
Dr. Downing earned her Ph.D. in Social Work from Norfolk State University in 2007. She furthered her education and received a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development from The George Washington University in 2009. Dr. Downing has 20 years of teaching experience in higher education. Also, she has 28 years of experience as a social worker, and has been licensed in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2000. In 1988, she received a National Certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). At PBCTS, Dr. Downing shares her expertise in teaching classes in Sociology at all levels.

Rev. Dr. Donald Mills, Ph.D
Dr. Mills holds an MDiv from Northwest Baptist Seminary and a PhD in Hermeneutics from Westminster Theological Seminary. Dr. Mills serves as Chaplain at Christianrights.org, and is the associate pastor of Trinity Christian Church in Suffolk, Virginia.
Dr. Mills is PBCTS New Testament Greek scholar and teaches Hermeneutics, Old Testament, DMin classes and NT Greek, among other theological classes.

Dr. Ramon-Carrillo Moran, Ph.D.
Dr. Moran provides instruction in biblical and theological disciplines with MA in Theological Studies (2009) from Liberty Theological Seminary, M.Ed. Regent University and Ph.D. in Leadership & Education. Dr. Moran is a speaker in leadership conferences and seminars in DC, NY, PA. Education advisor at Langley AFB Education Ctr, Centura College, trainer CBN corporate center, K-12 supervisor, Missionary, Asst. Pastor. Dissertation chair at University of Phoenix and since 2010 he serves as online faculty at LU Rawlings School of Divinity, and DMin mentor.

Dr. Ervin Scott pastors The New Rose of Sharon Elim Baptist Church in Chesapeake since 2015. Work as faculty has included Old Testament studies, Systematic Theology, Church Administration, Theology of Pastoral Ministry, and Pastoral Counseling. His educational milestones include BA in Biblical Studies, a BA in Theology, and an MDiv at Richmond Virginia Seminary. Dr. Scott's doctorate (DMin.) was taken at The Norfolk Seminary and College (2004).

Dr A. Wayne Cook earned his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education and a Master of Christian Counseling from Andersonville Baptist Seminary. He earned the Doctor of Ministry from PBCTS. Dr. Cook has over 30 years’ experience as a Pastor & 11 years as Minister of Music & Youth. He has been a Professor at Providence beginning in 1998, returning as active Faculty in 2020. He has been ghost writer for 2 published books and the author of 2 books (in Biblical studies) and is expecting his fiction novella to be published by summer 2021.

Dr. Moore is Associate Minister at Shiloh Baptist Church and Coordinator of Family Life Ministries. Rev. Moore teaches in disciplines of Biblical theology, New Testament Survey and the Gospels. Educational attainments include earned BS in Health Education (Old Dominion University), Master of Theological Studies (2009) and Master of Religious Education (2011) at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Doctorate (DMin) from Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary (2019).
Dr. Ruth Moore
Born in South Africa to missionary parents, Dr. Peter McLewin attended Miami Christian College in Miami, Florida, graduating with a B. Sc (1976), majoring in Bible and Behavioral Science. Later, he earned an MA in Biblical Studies (2003) and a DMin. from Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary (2004).
His love of teaching is evidenced in a wide range of educational settings, from Ancient History teacher at Homeschool Plus, an outreach of Ingleside Church, to Old Testament and Biblical Geography for Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary. He has travelled extensively on mission trips and leading educational tours to Bible lands, lecturing in more than 50 countries
Dr. McLewin is in his thirty-sixth year as the senior pastor of Ingleside Church, a joyful multicultural congregation.
