Rev. Dr. Reginald Woodhouse,
As a faculty member and vice-president of academic affairs and technology, Dr. Moran provides instruction in Apologetics, Biblical Ethics and Biblical Covenants. Dr. Moran earned an MA in Theological Studies (2009) from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and from Regent University an M.Ed. (1997) and Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership/Education (2005). A former missionary to Venezuela from 1985-90, Dr. Moran has experience as a leadership/ministry speaker in conferences and seminars in DC, New York, PA, and other states. Past experience includes K-12 supervisor & teacher, Assoc. Pastor, Elder, and presently works as dissertation chair at University of Phoenix and as SME & online faculty at Liberty University Rawlings School of Theology with 20+ years in higher education (administration & instruction). He has published articles in the Popular Encyclopedia of Church History, in the textbook "Ethics: The Old Testament, the New Testament & Contemporary Application", and in the peer reviewed Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion.
Dr. Ramon Moran
Dr. Moore is Associate Minister at Shiloh Baptist Church and Coordinator of Family Life Ministries. Rev. Moore teaches in disciplines of Biblical theology, New Testament Survey and the Gospels. Educational attainments include earned BS in Health Education (Old Dominion University), Master of Theological Studies (2009) and Master of Religious Education (2011) at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Doctorate (DMin) from Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary (2019).
Dr. Ruth Moore
Dr. Downing earned her Ph.D. in Social Work from Norfolk State University in 2007. She furthered her education and received a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development from The George Washington University in 2009. Dr. Downing has 20 years of teaching experience in higher education. Also, she has 28 years of experience as a social worker, and has been licensed in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2000. In 1988, she received a National Certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). At PBCTS, Dr. Downing shares her expertise in teaching classes in Sociology at all levels.

Rev. Dr. Ervin Scott, DMin.
Dr. Ervin Scott pastors The New Rose of Sharon Elim Baptist Church in Chesapeake since 2015. Work as faculty has included Old Testament studies, Systematic Theology, Church Administration, Theology of Pastoral Ministry, and Pastoral Counseling. His educational milestones include BA in Biblical Studies, a BA in Theology, and an MDiv at Richmond Virginia Seminary. Dr. Scott's doctorate (DMin.) was taken at The Norfolk Seminary and College (2004).
