Dr. James Arcieri, 2004 Graduate D.Min (Alumnus)

He has served as a HeadMaster of Stonebridge School and Teacher of several subject areas at Providence Bible College & Theological Seminary. James' academic time at PBC&TS helped to shape the personal needs of his HeadMaster position and continued forward as he works now as a full-time Pastor. When he was deciding to further his education, he wanted to attend a graduate school where he was not pigeon-holed into pastoral ministry, and PBC&TS was just the graduate school. Dr. Arcieri says that "PBC&TS allowed me to shape my doctoral work around the practical needs of my position. No other school was interested in assisting me in such a personal way." The three words Dr. Arcieri gives to describe Providence Bible College & Theological Seminary are: "Supportive, Creative, and Networking". He enjoyed his time because there was stimulating interaction. He believes that PBC&TS is a great College with a needed vision - enabling the little guy/gal to obtain a better education and fulfill their goals.

Dr. Marva Gullins, 2007 Graduate D.Min (Alumna)

She has been serving in Senior Ministry since graduating. The education received from Providence helped prepare "Parkie" and her husband, Earle, in conducting Church Services for senior residents at both Province Place of Maryview Senior Living and Harbor's Edge Retirement Community. As Ministers, they wanted to make sure services were available for those who are unable to attend Church regularly or at all at these facilities. God equipped Dr. Gullins then placed her in a harvest field to work. Also, Dr. Gullins stays busy as an active member of Homecare Outreach Ministry. As a proud native of Guyana, South America, Dr. Gullins donated a copy of her dissertation: "Women of the Bible: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow" as part of her family reunion trip to the Guyana Library. She describes PBC&TS as "Amazing, a Blessing, and Loving".

Dr. Robert Finley, 2004 Graduate D.Min (Alumnus)

He has been serving as a teacher of several subject areas at PBC&TS since graduating until Fall this year.  Currently, Dr. Finley is reengaged himself in the pursuit of completing his book entitled “Behold the Lamb” which is the life story of Christ.    Bob believes that those coming to PBC&TS should make the most of it.  As God has placed self-disciple within you, it is there in order to get the best education and intense study of God's work can be found at PBC&TS.  The teacher is there to lead them to learn but ultimately the student is guided by the Word of God to show thyself approved.  Brevity cannot be dictated when you perform your work at Providence. Students at Providence challenge the teacher and teachers in term challenge the student to be their best.  Quality Bible education is what you receive.  "Best Kept Secret in Tidewater".
